SQUID-DEEP EPOXY RESIN

SQUID-DEEP is a two component high build, medium viscosity, 3 inch deep pour casting resins that is used to obtain a crystal clear high durable finish for any of your wood working projects as well as a high sheen gloss finish. Can be used to CAST up to 3 inches and pairs well with colorants & metallic pigments also. This resin is the EASIEST WOODWORKING RESIN on the current market for DIY CASTING RESINS!

APPLICATION

Start by mixing a 2:1 ratio of part A resin to part B hardener curing agent into a plastic measuring container, then add colorant or metallic mixing powder to the mix. Mix the contents for a MINIMUM of 3 to 4 minutes thoroughly and slowly and when ready pour into your project or casting project slowly to help reduce creating any air bubbles. The working time is 1-6 at 68 degree Fahrenheit, giving you enough time to properly pour the resin either clear or mix colorants and create patterns accordingly. Dry times vary greatly due to the circumstances of the poured area such as temperature, humidity levels, temperature of the product and thickness of the pour. In ideal lab temperatures this resin cures between 96-120 hours at 3 inch pours. Thinner pours and thin films can take much longer. STEP BY STEP GUIDE and online videos with each purchase.

Note: When pouring over 6-9 gallons at a time with casting resin, using fans to aerate the air in the room will help the resins cure better, more consistently & will help prevent any exothermic heat reaction.
